H4 LED Headlight Bulbs for Reflector-Style Headlights
Underground Lighting’s H4 LED headlight bulbs combine high-beam and low-beam functions in one bulb. The bulb features 12,000 lumens per pair of strong white light at 6000K. It's far superior to stock halogen headlights.
H4 LED headlight kit is designed for compatible reflector-style housings, where the light source's location and orientation affect how the reflector distributes illumination.
The six-chip CSP arrangement uses ray-tracing technology to shape the beam and concentrate light around the hotspot. This H4 LED design focuses illumination toward the road while helping limit glare for oncoming traffic. The kit provides an LED replacement option for drivers whose vehicles use H4 bulbs.
Beam Pattern and Light Distribution
The reflector's shape and the bulb's position work together to determine the beam pattern. The six CSP LED chips are arranged to direct light through the housing, while ray-tracing technology helps create a defined hotspot for road illumination.
The adjustable socket base rotates through 360 degrees, allowing the bulb orientation to be fine-tuned after installation. Correct positioning helps the reflector distribute light where it is needed. Check the resulting beam alignment before driving at night.
Compact Construction for Restricted Spaces
The slim, short bulb design addresses a common fitment problem with aftermarket LED replacements: limited space behind the headlight assembly. Its compact body and petite inline driver help reduce the space requirements for installation in compatible housings.
The bulbs are still slightly larger than standard halogen bulbs. Before fitting them, check the clearance around the washer pump, battery, and nearby components. This helps identify possible obstructions before the original bulbs are removed.
Electrical Control Through the CANBUS Driver
The H4 LED Headlights feature an integrated CANBUS circuit that is designed to support proper operation in compatible vehicle electrical systems. It helps prevent flickering and dashboard bulb-error warnings that can occur when replacing halogen bulbs with LEDs.
Electrical compatibility can vary by vehicle. Confirm that your vehicle uses H4 bulbs and that the headlight circuit is compatible with the replacement kit before ordering.
Thermal Management To Protect Headlight Housing
Another key feature of this H4 LED headlight kit is its one-piece silicone-aluminum housing, which combines the bulb structure with its thermal management design. A dual-ball cooling fan helps remove heat during operation, while the housing provides waterproof, shockproof, and 100% corrosion-resistant construction.
A built-in temperature sensor provides automatic overheating protection. If the bulb temperature gets too high, the sensor lowers output power. Once temperatures stabilize, full brightness returns. This response helps control heat without requiring manual adjustment.
Plug-and-Play Installation and Construction
H4 LED is plug-and-play supported, meaning you can install it in your compatible cars or trucks without cutting factory wiring. The rotating collar supports bulb positioning, and the compact inline driver helps keep the installation assembly manageable.
The bulbs are designed in the USA with a 2-year warranty for the pair.

Easy to install plug and play. Zip ties work with headlight but foglights have nothing to zip tie to so need some tape if u wanna keep it secure. DRLS do not flicker at all. Light output is very good but not great like my HIDS b4

No experience with actual fog/snow yet but they throw light much better than stock. Also shipping was super quick! Thank you DL!
Man are these lights bright I put them in my 2018 Challenger and they are easily 10 times brighter than stock bulbs I'm going to recommend underground lighting to anyone and everyone that's needing lights. Nice sturdy cooling fan on the light bulbs. A good sealed box. My only issue nothing major is the dogs have a little bit of play in the housing but not noticeable while driving just by hand

I got these to use in a reflector housing for high beam usage. The leds are not in a straight line like they are in the picture, but rather 4 leds in a square pattern. With that said these are not advertised to be used in projector housings and are meant as fogs or DRL bulbs. They do work great for a high beam housing that is the reflector style. Image could use an update to show the actual style. The owner did reveal that they were straight when I spoke with him before ordering. There is also a cooling fan, which I do not hear from inside the vehicle.

The 2015 RAM’s halogen headlight beams were not cutting it in the dark; just wasn’t enough light to drive at posted speeds. Purchased these plus the kits that cancel out flicker or error cautions on instrument panel info screen.
Danny assisted me through the installation process with a phone call or two. Superb service and knowledge of his product, my vehicle, and how to make it go well. The change in available light at night is an order of magnitude above the OEM light bulbs.
I went ahead and purchased tag, map, dome, and 3rd brake light bulbs for the truck. Much safer and easier for me to see, and other drivers to see me at night.
I like the 3 chip design, will have someone install them.

bright and white! On the Ram the headlight wiring connectors are short so be patient! We also replace the 3rd brake light bulbs and bed lights. Extremely happy with the support and the purchase, plug and play! I do recommend Underground Lighting.

My girlfriend loves the new builbs. These are a world of difference from the halogens. The only bad thing is I had to flip both plugs 180 degrees, so the plug would not lock properly.
I used electrical tape to secure the plugs. With that being said, I still recommend upgrading.

The oem plug might be wired backwards. If you like contact us and we can have you send the led back. We can reverse the plug for you or help you with doing that yourself.
Will my 1994 Mercedes Benz e320 cabriolet send an error code or bulb out code with this product?
