3) How can I make a payment?

There are many ways to make payment. You can use PayPal or credit cards from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and several other options to buy LED, HID bulbs and conversion kits from our website.

4) When will my Order get shipped?

Underground Lighting ships your products within 24 hours of the time of placing the order.

5) When will the Products reach me?

If you are in America, you will receive your order in 2-5 business days. If it is an international order, we have two options for you:

USPS Priority Mail International – 6 to 10 business days

USPS Priority Mail Express International – 3 to 5 business days

6) Can I return the Product that I have ordered from you?

We believe in total customer satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with the product, you can return it for a refund within 30 days after you receive the product. 7) What is your Refunds Policy?
