Yes, the 3157 bulb is compatible with many different bulb sizes, including the 4057. You will need a load resistor for each LED bulb you install on a turn signal circuit. In some cases, installing 3157 LED turn signal bulbs may cause hyper-flashing, so adding a load resistor can resolve this issue by mimicking the resistance of traditional incandescent bulbs.
