9012 LED Headlight Upgrade for Projector and Reflector Headlight Housing
Replacing dull, yellow halogen bulbs with a brighter light source can dramatically improve nighttime visibility. This 9012 LED headlight kit produces 12,000 lumens of 6000K white light, giving compatible headlights a whiter appearance and a more focused lighting pattern. Its six-chip LED design uses ray-tracing technology to direct light and shape the hotspot, helping illuminate the road while minimizing glare for oncoming traffic.
Designed for both compatible projector and reflector housings, these 9012 LED bulbs combine 60W output with an adjustable mounting collar. The collar rotates 360° to position the LED chips to match the headlight assembly, so beam alignment helps achieve the desired lighting pattern. The kit also supports compatible low-beam, high-beam, and daytime running light (DRL) applications.
6000K White Output
The 6000K white output replaces the warmer color of traditional halogen lighting. With 60W of power and 12,000 lumens, the kit is designed for drivers who want brighter white illumination from 9012 LED headlights.
Heat Dissipation and Temperature Protection
LED light output generates heat around the chips and internal components. These 9006 LED lights use a copper heat pipe, an all-in-one housing, and a dual-ball cooling fan to dissipate heat during operation. Together, these components help manage operating temperature and provide the bulb with an extended lifespan.
If a bulb overheats, its built-in temperature sensor lowers output power. Once the temperature stabilizes, brightness can return. The silicone-aluminum housing is designed to resist water, shock, and corrosion, providing additional protection for automotive use.
Built-In CANBUS and DRL Operation
The integrated CANBUS circuit helps prevent flickering and dashboard bulb-error warnings in compatible vehicles. This is especially useful when upgrading factory halogen lighting in vehicles whose electrical systems monitor bulb operation.
The kit is also DRL compatible and supports compatible low-beam and high-beam applications. Check your vehicle's original bulb number and intended lighting function to confirm that 9012 is the correct fitment.

Compact Plug-and-Play Installation
The plug-and-play design uses a compact inline driver and does not require cutting factory wiring. Its 360° rotating collar also lets you position the bulb during installation.
The bulbs are slightly larger than standard halogen bulbs, so check the available space behind the headlight, especially around the washer pump and battery.

Easy to install plug and play. Zip ties work with headlight but foglights have nothing to zip tie to so need some tape if u wanna keep it secure. DRLS do not flicker at all. Light output is very good but not great like my HIDS b4

Fogs looks great! Much better than stock halogens. Easy install took maybe 30 mins pulling back felt inner fenders liner and swap out.
No experience with actual fog/snow yet but they throw light much better than stock. Also shipping was super quick! Thank you DL!
Man are these lights bright I put them in my 2018 Challenger and they are easily 10 times brighter than stock bulbs I'm going to recommend underground lighting to anyone and everyone that's needing lights. Nice sturdy cooling fan on the light bulbs. A good sealed box. My only issue nothing major is the dogs have a little bit of play in the housing but not noticeable while driving just by hand

I got these to use in a reflector housing for high beam usage. The leds are not in a straight line like they are in the picture, but rather 4 leds in a square pattern. With that said these are not advertised to be used in projector housings and are meant as fogs or DRL bulbs. They do work great for a high beam housing that is the reflector style. Image could use an update to show the actual style. The owner did reveal that they were straight when I spoke with him before ordering. There is also a cooling fan, which I do not hear from inside the vehicle.

The 2015 RAM’s halogen headlight beams were not cutting it in the dark; just wasn’t enough light to drive at posted speeds. Purchased these plus the kits that cancel out flicker or error cautions on instrument panel info screen.
Danny assisted me through the installation process with a phone call or two. Superb service and knowledge of his product, my vehicle, and how to make it go well. The change in available light at night is an order of magnitude above the OEM light bulbs.
I went ahead and purchased tag, map, dome, and 3rd brake light bulbs for the truck. Much safer and easier for me to see, and other drivers to see me at night.
I like the 3 chip design, will have someone install them.
The support from Underground light is wonderful. I called they answered and we talked and walked through it. Thank you Danny. The head lights are
bright and white! On the Ram the headlight wiring connectors are short so be patient! We also replace the 3rd brake light bulbs and bed lights. Extremely happy with the support and the purchase, plug and play! I do recommend Underground Lighting.

My girlfriend loves the new builbs. These are a world of difference from the halogens. The only bad thing is I had to flip both plugs 180 degrees, so the plug would not lock properly.
I used electrical tape to secure the plugs. With that being said, I still recommend upgrading.

The oem plug might be wired backwards. If you like contact us and we can have you send the led back. We can reverse the plug for you or help you with doing that yourself.
