Ford F-150 Rear Turn Signal Bulb Replacement
Replacing a factory rear turn signal bulb with an LED on an older or newer F-150 doesn't require external resistors or factory wiring changes. These LED bulbs are designed as a direct replacement for compatible 1997-2020 Ford F-150 rear turn signal applications.
This bulb handles the rear turn signal, brake, and parking light functions on all F-150 series trucks that use a compatible 3157 bulb. Each bulb produces 1600 lumens from 12 red 1860-style LED chips, arranged around the bulb for 360-degree coverage.

Brighter Red Output Behind the Factory Lens
Because the resistor operates when the turn signal is flashing, the bulb has a dedicated approach to dissipate heat. A full metal heatsink surrounds the LED assembly, while the built-in silent cooling fan activates during turn signal operation.
Cooling fans remain active where the resistor filament generates additional electrical load. They manage excess heat and support the bulb's longer operational life.
CANBUS and CK-Compatible Electrical Design
Our Ford F150 LED rear turn signal bulbs are CANBUS-compatible, nonpolar, and CK-compatible. The nonpolar design means the bulb does not require a specific positive or negative orientation when installed in a compatible socket.
The built-in resistor works with the factory monitoring system and eliminates the need for a separate resistor on compatible vehicles.
3157 Replacement for Rear Brake, Parking and Turn Signals
The bulb uses a 3157 base for applications where one bulb performs multiple rear lighting functions. In this application, it includes the rear turn signal, brake light, and parking light.
