You will need a load resistor for each LED bulb you install on a turn signal circuit. In some cases, installing 3157 LED turn signal bulbs may cause hyper-flashing, so adding a load resistor can resolve this issue by mimicking the resistance of traditional incandescent bulbs.

Yes! The 3157 LED bulb is the dual filament option for the 3156 LED bulb, and you can easily use it in the same socket. However, a 3156 bulb can’t work in a 3157 Socket.
