Step 2- We will tell you where to mail back the defective product and we will test it to make sure it is defective. ( You will have to pay the shipping to return the item.) Turn around time is 1 day once we have the product in hand. Step 3- Once we have confirmed the product is defective we will send you out a brand new part by the following business day. Please note: If it's a product that you need to be replaced fast and don't want to wait for the process. We can sell you the part that you need, and once we get the defective part back we will refund you the full amount that you paid for the new part.
