H7 Headlight Bulbs for Projector & Reflector Low-Beam Systems
The H7 bulb is a single-beam headlight bulb standard like H1 and H3, defined by its PX26d metal base, two-prong electrical interface, and plastic alignment collar that ensures correct seating in the headlamp.
Unlike dual-beam bulbs, the H7 platform supports one beam function per bulb, most commonly as a low beam, and in some vehicles as a high beam when paired with a separate bulb.
H7 bulbs operate on 12V passenger-vehicle electrical systems with a 55W OEM wattage limit and draw about 4.6A. They are widely used in European-spec vehicles and are especially common in projector headlights, where precise bulb positioning and housing optics produce a controlled cutoff and reduced glare.
Because the bulb itself does not shape the beam, cutoff and light distribution depend on the headlight housing optics and correct bulb installation, including proper seating with the metal retainer clip or adapter ring.
This Underground Lighting collection includes H7 lighting solutions covering HID replacement, HID conversion, and high-output LED retrofit use cases. These options exceed the approximately 1350–1550 lumen output of standard halogen H7 bulbs and are designed for compatible modern vehicles when paired with the proper CANbus & Anti-Flicker Modules.
These xenon HID arc replacement bulbs are intended for vehicles already equipped with compatible H7 HID conversion systems.
Light is generated through an electric arc inside a xenon-gas quartz capsule, delivering approximately 3700 lumens per pair at 35W when paired with a compatible ballast.
Available color temperatures include:
- 3000K: Yellow
- 6000K: White
- 8000K: White with blue tint
- 10000K: Blue
These options support both weather-focused visibility and appearance-driven upgrades.
This complete halogen-to-HID conversion kit is engineered specifically for the PX26d H7 format.
The kit includes:
- H7 xenon bulbs
- 35W electronic ballasts
- Igniters
- Integrated CANbus circuitry
During ignition, voltage peaks at approximately 23,000V to strike the xenon arc, then stabilizes at approximately 85V AC for sustained operation.
CANbus load management helps prevent dashboard bulb-out warnings, flickering, and ECU faults, especially in compatible 2007+ vehicles.
This high-output H7 LED headlight kit delivers up to 12,000 lumens per pair at 60W system power, producing a 6000K daylight-white output.
Light is generated through solid-state electroluminescence at a semiconductor p-n junction, providing instant full brightness with no warm-up period.
The kit integrates CANbus compatibility to help prevent electrical errors and is optimised for projector housings, where correct emitter positioning helps preserve cutoff sharpness.
